Around the lodge

A year at Duck Mountain.

The food, the crew, the guests and the wild neighbours. This lodge sat empty for 9 years, and now it’s full of life again. Here’s a little look at what goes on around here.

In the kitchen

The crew that makes it happen.

Every plate that leaves our kitchen is made from scratch by a small crew that works their butts off. Here’s a little peek behind the swinging door.

From our kitchen

Real food, made with love.

Hand-cut steaks, Sunday buffet, homemade pizza and fresh baking. No fake photos here, just what we put on your plate.

Life at the lodge

Good people, all year round.

Snowmobilers in the winter, bikers in the summer, work crews, families and cottagers. And on a lucky night, the northern lights right over the parking lot.

Our neighbours

We share the park with some locals.

Duck Mountain Provincial Park is full of wildlife. Here are a few of the neighbours who dropped by this year.

Swans on the water
A bald eagle watching over the park
A black bear strolling by
A skunk passing through (we gave him space)
A woodpecker hard at work

Come be part of it.

Stop in for a meal, stay the night or bring the whole crew. We’d love to have you.
